Meat and potato stew
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 2 (15 ounce) cans new potatoes, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons garlic
Method:
In large pot, simmer stew meat with about 2 cups water for 1 hour. Add potatoes, garlic, carrots, onion, and 3/4 cup water; stir. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
