Indian driver & Sri Lankan maid having illicit relationship

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 9: An Indian expatriate, who works as a driver, was arrested recently for having illicit relationship with a Sri Lankan expatriate, who works as a housemaid for a Kuwaiti family.

Reportedly, when a Kuwaiti citizen looked out the window of his house and saw his Sri Lankan housemaid holding hands and talking with his neighbor’s driver, he immediately called her and questioned her about what he saw. She was frightened and citizen took her to the police station of the area.

During interrogations, she revealed that she was involved in a sexual relationship with the neighbor’s driver. Securitymen also discovered that she is a married woman and has three children.

Securitymen summoned the Indian expatriate to the police station and detained him in police custody to refer him to the Public Prosecution.

KD 660 stolen from B’deshi: Six unknown individuals assaulted a Bangladeshi expatriate and took KD 660 from him recently in Fahaheel.
Reportedly, the victim filed a case at Fahaheel police station against the suspects for assaulting him and stealing KD 660 from him.
Investigations are ongoing in this regard.
Meanwhile, two unknown individuals stabbed an Egyptian expatriate and took KD 550 from him in Dajeej.
The victim filed a case against these suspects at Farwaniya police station. Investigations are ongoing to arrest them.
In addition, an unknown individual assaulted an Egyptian expatriate in Fahaheel and stole his wallet, which contained KD 120.
A case was registered. Securitymen noted the description of the suspect. Investigations are ongoing to arrest him.

Youth stabbed on shoulder: A youth was arrested recently for stabbing another on the shoulder during a quarrel in Jahra.
Reportedly, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from a passerby about a quarrel between two youths, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location and found one of the youths lying on the ground and bleeding from his shoulder.
Paramedics referred him to Jahra Hospital for treatment.
Securitymen carried out investigations on the suspect and arrested him. During interrogations, he revealed that the quarrel was over some family disputes.
A case was registered and necessary action was taken against both suspects.
