Woman sent nude photos; With friends like this…

KUWAIT CITY, May 22: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Hawalli police accusing unidentified persons of sending porno photos on her cell phone, reports Al-Shahed daily.
She added when she tried to call the number she did not get any reply.
The police have sought the help of the Ministry of Communications to nab the suspect.

With friends like this…: A 29-year-old Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Fintas police accusing her best friend of humiliating and beating her, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
Without giving any reason the woman told police the ‘friend’ also stole her Iphone, KD 500, her civil ID and her ATM card.
The friend will be summoned for interrogation.

Bedoun arrested: Police have arrested an unidentified bedoun who was wanted by law in several cases including harassing pedestrians, reports Al-Qabas daily.
According to security sources, the suspect is believed to be mentally unsound. When police went to arrest him first he resisted police arrest and refused to accompany them to a police station.
However, when he was brought to the police station he caused damage to the resting area.

Woman in traffic brawl: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Police Station accusing a female compatriot of insulting her, reports Al-Kuwaitiah daily.
In her complaint the woman said when she stopped at the red traffic light the suspect who was driving behind her got annoyed because she wanted her to cross the red traffic light and give way for her.
When the signal became green the other woman opened the car window and hurled abuses at her.
The woman has given police the car plate number of the suspect. She will be summoned for interrogation.

‘Harris’ turns thief: A Kuwaiti man has filed a complaint with the Khaitan Police Station accusing the caretaker of his building of stealing the water meter from the building, reports Al-Rai daily.
In his complaint, the Kuwaiti said he had installed the meter worth KD 250 just a few days ago. He also said when he asked the caretaker he saw the guilty look on his face.
A case has been registered and the police will summon the caretaker for interrogation.

Nepali arrested: Police have arrested an unidentified Nepali for driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing six bottles of locally manufactured booze, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added the man was arrested for reckless driving and when an officer walked to the man to issue him a citation, he got the smell of alcohol.
Police then searched the car and seized bottles of alcohol.

Jewelry, cash stolen: The Hawalli police are looking for an unidentified thief who allegedly broke into the apartment of an Egyptian man and escaped with jewelry worth KD 2,000 and an unidentified sum of Egyptian pounds, reports Al-Rai daily.
In his complaint to the area police, the man said the thief broke into the apartment when the family was visiting friends and he was at a neighboring café.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the thief.

Grocer cheats man: The Fintas police have summoned an unidentified grocer for interrogation for allegedly giving a Somali customer  a forged KD 20 banknote, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
