Employee steals company’s KD 7,000

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 24:  A company filed a case at a police station against an employee who collected approximately KD 7,000 in the name of the company and disappeared. Investigations are being carried out to arrest the accused.

KD 30 stolen: Police are looking for an unidentified person who stole KD 30 from the cashier’s desk at Jahra Cooperative Society, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
A case was registered at Waha Police Station and personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints from the scene.

KD 1,200 goods stolen: Police are looking for thieves who broke into a women’s garments shop in Jahra and escaped with goods worth KD 1,200 and KD 450 cash, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The Kuwaiti owner of the shop filed a complaint, saying his employee discovered the theft and that one of the windows of the shop was broken. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints from the scene and investigations are going on.
