Just want to know if I resign from my company after 15 years, will the first 5 years be calculated as full in my indemnity or still 2.5?

Answer: For the first five years you will get 15 days salary per year and after that one month for each year.
So for the first 5 years, you will get 75 days ÷ 26= 2.88 months salary and not 2.5 months or full.
