KUWAIT CITY, Feb 21: An Asian housemaid died after giving birth to a baby inside her sponsor’s house in Hawally, reports Al-Shahed daily.
Sources say a Kuwaiti woman was shocked on hearing the cries of a baby coming from the room of her maid and on opening the door of the room, found the housemaid lying motionless in a pool of blood.
The baby was taken to Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital.

Kidnapper caught: Police have arrested an unidentified person who was earlier sentenced to five-year imprisonment for kidnapping a minor girl, reports Al-Rai daily.
The suspect was stopped for driving recklessly in Jahra and on checking records, patrol officers learnt about his prison term and referred him to the Sentences Enforcement Department.
