Want to exit country before getting Civil ID

My wife got her residence for the first time in Kuwait but she wants to exit the country before getting her civil ID. Is it possible for her to exit before getting her civil ID and putting in the request after coming back or can she request for the civil ID and collect it after she returns back to Kuwait?

Answer: Please remember that you have to put in the request for the civil ID within 60 days of your arrival in the country. Failure to do so could result in your wife being fined. You can submit the request for the civil ID and anyone can collect it from the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) headquarters in her absence.

no problem.Srivi | 3/9/2012 6:37:57 PM once residency is made on passport, no problem, you can exit using passing residency page, nobody will check civil id copy in airport. it is not necessary, to apply for civil id once residency is made on passport. just apply over phone or thru internet. let her go to country, you go and collect civil id. her presence or passport is required. later, you can collect her civil id. let her leave country
