Bid to remove Fadhl and Juwaihel from Parliament Results of elections ‘extreme’: expert

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: Some parties seem keen on removing MPs Nabil Al-Fadhl and Mohammad Al-Juwaihel from the Parliament even before the inauguration of the 14th legislative term, reports Al-Shahed daily quoting sources.
Sources disclosed Constitutional Law Professor at Kuwait University (KU) Fawaz Al-Jadhi has started preparing a petition against Al-Juwaihel, claiming he is not qualified to be a member of the Parliament.
Sources added around 400 citizens in the Third Constituency have affirmed their willingness to sign a petition on the disqualification of the two lawmakers.
Constitutional expert Dr Mohammed Filly has called the results of the recently parliamentary elections ‘extreme’, reports Al-Shahed daily.
Dr Filly added the voters have given their mandate which is clearly against government policy because it had failed to use its what the daily called organizational tools making the situation most dangerous in Kuwait.
Meanwhile, MP-elect Dr Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ajmi expressed pride at gaining the trust of Fifth Constituency residents and hoped he would be able to live up to their expectations, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
Al-Ajmi said he would work hard and fight against corruption in ministries and fulfill all his electoral promises, especially the promises he made to Fifth Constituency residents. 
Al-Ajmi said he would try to find solutions to problems the country is facing in every field.
