Prevent lip wrinkles
Lip wrinkles, in particular upper lip wrinkles, are likely to creep up on us at some point in our lives. However, exactly when that happens can to a large extent be down to you. Below are a few tips to prevent lip wrinkles:
- Wear sunscreen
- Don’t smoke
- Use a good anti ageing cream – wear daytime, nighttime or both
- Always remove make-up at night - cleanse tone and moisturize, let your skin and pores breathe
- Eat healthily - so you take in good balance of vitamins and minerals essential for supporting healthy skin
- Get a good amount of sleep - let your face rest and recover from the day’s wear and tear
- Facial exercises – regular movement of the facial muscles to counteract the facial expressions which cause lip wrinkles
