KUWAIT CITY, Jan 18: An Asian expatriate was apprehended with 148 bottles of local brew ready for sale.
Apparently, patrolmen noticed the suspect roaming Nugra area and ordered him to stop for checking. He was referred to the concerned authority after the contraband had been found.

Law violators held: Farwaniya securitymen arrested seven Asians and Arabs for violating the Residency Law and other cases.
This came after the securitymen carried out a surprise inspection campaign in several areas throughout the governorate.  The arrested expatriates were referred to the relevant security department for the necessary legal action.
