Dog believed to be worth KD 1,900 stolen from farm

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 11: A Kuwaiti man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the police accusing unidentified persons of stealing his expensive dog believed to be worth KD 1,900, reports Al-Watan Arabic Daily.
In his complaint to the police the man said his dog went missing from his farm. However, he added he has received information from an unidentified person that a Saudi man bought his dog from the Friday Market. The buyer has reportedly left the country.
However, when the Saudi returned to Kuwait police summoned him for interrogation. During interrogation he told police he bought the dog from the Egyptian guard of a neighboring farm.
Meanwhile, a 30-year-old Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Kabd Police Station accusing unidentified persons of stealing his tent, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
 In his complaint, the man said he discovered the theft when he went to his camp. Also stolen are two power transformers and a bunchy.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identity the thieves.
