My daughter, an Indian national with valid Indian driving licence, is a highly qualified doctor from India and UK. She is on my sponsorship (Visa 22) and is in Kuwait trying for a job. Please advise how she can get a driving licence.

Answer: No. She can’t get a licence while she is on a dependent visa. Dependents are not allowed to get driving licences except for wives with schoolgoing children and children studying in universities.
