KUWAIT CITY, Jan 10: An Asian expatriate was arrested by security operatives in Ahmadi for trading in immoral films.
Earlier, the suspect was placed under close monitoring following a tip-off the concerned authority received about his activities.
Sources said an unspecified quantity of the contraband was seized by security operatives during the operation. The suspect, with the items, was referred to the concerned authority.

Gunmen link held: Police have arrested the driver of a vehicle in which four people are said to have chased and fired gunshots at an individual, while he was driving on the Salmi Motorway.
The complainant had managed to escape to a police station and provided policemen with the registration number of the suspects’ vehicle, and driver of the alleged suspects was apprehended later.

Cash stolen: A worker at an unidentified food company filed a report in a police station and said that thieves broke the back door open to enter the premises, and stole KD 40 cash. A case was registered.
