Crunchy Sesame Candy

 Ingredients:

  • 300 grams sugar,
  • 1 lemon,
  • 150 grams sesame seeds

Method: Bake sesame seeds in warmed up wok and stir it constantly. It should take nice gold color. Pour sugar in the saucepan and warm it up in low heat, till you get light-brown caramel. Pour a lemon juice (slowly) over sugar and stir it all the way. In the end, mix baked sesame in hot sugar lemon mixture and pour it on the wax paper immediately. Stretch it over wax paper in thin layer. Pull the knife through butter (it’s easier this way) and form candy bars with it from hot mixture. When it is cold, take off sesame candy bars from wax paper and you can serve your delicious candies.
