Police arrest two Kuwaiti citizens carrying drugs
KUWAIT CITY, Jan 1: Police have arrested two Kuwaitis, both believed to be in their 20s, for allegedly possessing drugs, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
According to security sources the suspects were caught on suspicion while driving along the coastal road in Ahmadi.
Both men are believed to be drug addicts. They have been referred to the concerned authorities.
Doctor robbed: A doctor working at Sabah Hospital filed a complaint at Shuwaikh Police Station, saying thieves broke into his car and stole his laptop and a wallet containing KD 70, reports Al-Rai daily.
The complainant said he discovered the theft in the morning when he came out of the hospital after finishing his night shift. He mentioned that his Civil ID was also in his wallet.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department lifted fingerprints from the scene and investigations are going on.
