KUWAIT CITY, Dec 25: Securitymen raided a liquor manufacturing factory in Khaitan area and seized 95 drums and 450 bottles of liquor kept ready for sale. Two Asians, who were running the operation, were arrested and referred to authorities for further action.

80 illegals held: Securitymen arrested 80 Asian and Arab expatriates for violating residence and other laws in Farwaniya area. The arrests were made during an intense security campaign carried out in the area.
More such campaigns would follow, said sources, adding law breakers would be arrested and referred to authorities.

Mobile snatched: An Asian expatriate filed a complaint at Khaitan Police Station, saying two Arab expatriates beat him and forcibly snatched his mobile phone and wallet.
The complainant provided the description of the thieves to police.

Car stolen: An Arab expatriate reported the theft of his vehicle at Khaitan Police Station. He said he parked the car in front of his house the previous night and could not find it the next morning. Police noted down details and description of the car and circulated the information to all checkpoints.
