Beef casserole

 Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef;
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas;
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn;
  • 1 can cream of potato soup;
  • 1 can cream of onion soup;
  • Frozen tater tots;
  • Grated cheese

Method: Brown ground beef in pan and drain. In a 9 X 13 casserole dish mix browned beef, peas, corn, cans of soup and a handful of cheese. Top with a layer of tater tots and bake at 350°F until tots begin to brown. Then add a layer of cheese and cook until bubbly.
