KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: An Arab expatriate filed a complaint, accusing an Asian grocer of fondling his daughter when she went to purchase some items from his grocery in Farwaniya area. The girl reported the incident to her father and he immediately filed a complaint. Police will summon the grocer for questioning.

Kuwaiti swindled: A Kuwaiti man filed a complaint at a police station in Sharq area, accusing a foreigner of swindling him to the tune of KD 15,000. The complainant said the swindler took the money from him under the pretext of investing in the stock exchange of a foreign country. Police are looking for the suspect.

2 hurt in fight: Two Asians were injured in a fight that broke out among a group of expatriates in Hawalli area. Acting on information, paramedics rushed to the scene and referred the two men to Mubarak Hospital for treatment. A case was registered and securitymen are trying to find the cause of the fight.

Cash stolen: Police are looking for thieves who escaped with a safe containing KD 1,100 from a company. An employee had made the discovery and had promptly informed securitymen. A case was registered and investigations are going on.
