White hot chocolate
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fat-free half-and-half cream
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup white morsels
- 1/4 cup sweetener, Granular
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fat-free frozen whipped topping
Method: Bring milk to a boil over medium-high heat; add white chocolate morsels and granulated, stirring until morsels melt. Stir in vanilla.
Garnish with fat-free frozen whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately.
