Pregnant Nepali Maid handed over to Police

Kuwait, Dec 20 : An unidentified Nepali maid who is three months pregnant has been handed over to the Taima police by her female sponsor, reports Al-Dar daily.
According to reports the sponsor became suspicious when she saw the maid showing signs of morning sickness and took her to a doctor and was told the maid is pregnant.
Police are looking for her lover.

Youth stabbed: A youth, whose identity has not been disclosed, has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the Adan Hospital, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources the victim was stabbed in the shoulder with a knife by his friend following a quarrel inside a camp in Mina Abdullah.
Acting on information paramedics rushed to the spot and took the victim to the hospital.
It is not known if the attacker has been arrested or not, but a case has been filed at the Mina Abdullah Police Station.

Goggles stolen: Police are looking for unidentified persons for stealing five pairs of branded sunglasses from a shop in Nugra, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
According to the Iranian owner, the suspects entered the shop using a duplicate key. He also said each pair of sunglasses stolen by the suspects is worth KD 100.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the thieves.

Handbag snatched: The Sabah Al-Salem police are looking for an unidentified youth for snatching the handbag of a Kuwaiti woman, reports Al-Rai daily.
The woman in her complaint to the police said the youth surprised her while she was in a shopping area.
She added the youth grabbed her handbag and escaped on foot.

Theft at knifepoint: Police are looking for a thief who stole KD 280 from an Asian expatriate at knifepoint in Al-Mitlaa, reports Al-Anba daily.
The thief had taken the victim by surprise and had escaped before the victim could recover his wits.
