I have been in Kuwait for over a year, work for a major company and earn over KD 1,000 a month. Am I eligible for a driving licence?

Answer: You have not mentioned your profession so I can’t tell you whether you are exempted from meeting the requirements. But from what you have, you are not eligible for a driving licence because you must meet all the following conditions and you don’t —
1. Must have been in Kuwait for at least two years at the time of application;
2. Must be a university graduate and
3. Must be earning KD 400 a month.
