I am an Indian citizen. I was a driver in a Kuwaiti house for 6 years. Before I left the country my Kuwaiti took my driving licence. Now after 3 years I’m back in Kuwait on a shoun (work permit) visa. Is it possible to renew the same licence? I have a copy of it.
