KUWAIT CITY, Dec 15: A young man was arrested in Rumaithiya for his involvement in drug and alcohol consumption cases.
While patrolling the area, a team of securitymen noticed the suspicious behavior of the young man, so they approached him for routine inspection. When the officers checked his security records, they discovered he is wanted by law for his involvement in drug and alcohol-related cases. He had earlier been sentenced to three years in jail but he evaded arrest for quite some time. The young man was referred to the concerned security department for prosecution.

Asian mugged: An Asian man lodged a complaint at Salhiya Police Station against two unknown persons, who allegedly beat him and stole KD 90 from him.
The complainant told police he was walking in the area when two unidentified persons approached him and he was surprised as they suddenly took turns in beating him. After a while, the suspects grabbed his wallet, which contained KD 90 and identification cards. He provided police with a detailed description of the suspects and interrogations are underway to arrest them.

Car vandalized: An Arab man lodged a complaint at Salhiya Police Station against some unknown persons he accused of damaging his car.
According to the complainant, he parked his car in front of his office at the Capital Governorate. He was surprised when he went out of the office as he found his car has been damaged. Investigations are ongoing to identify the culprits.

Vehicle stolen: An Asian filed a complaint at Farwaniya Police Station as his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot in front of his house. A case was registered and police have started investigations to recover the vehicle and arrest the thief.
