Filipino Masseuse on call runs into rapist Egyptian robbed by Indonesian wife

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14: Police are looking for an unidentified youth for attempting to rape a female Filipino masseuse, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
According to a complaint filed by the manageress of a health club, she received a call from a woman asking for a masseuse to be sent to her apartment in Hawalli.
When the masseuse arrived at the apartment a young man answered the bell and he requested her to wait for his sister. In the meantime, he allegedly attempted to rape the masseuse but the latter managed to escape.
When police went to the apartment, the investigation revealed the apartments are being rented out on a daily basis. The caretaker has been summoned for interrogation.

Egyptian robbed: An Egyptian man has filed a complaint with the police accusing his Indonesian wife of stealing KD 4,000, reports Al-Anba daily.
The Egyptian said when he discovered the ‘theft’ of his money he called his wife several times but found her cell phone switched off.
The Egyptian has requested the police to slap a travel ban on her.

Row over broken egg: An Egyptian man working for a poultry shop in Shuwaikh has filed a complaint with the area police station accusing an Asian man of beating him and causing him injuries, reports Al-Shahed daily.
The Egyptian said the Asian bought a crate of eggs and after a while returned with one broken egg. He wanted to return the egg and when the Egyptian refused to accept it, he threw the egg at the salesman and this led to the fight.
The salesman has provided police information and the car plate number of the suspect.

‘Not your business’: A sergeant major working for the office of the Director-General of the General Department for Nationality and Travel Documents has helped arrest an Arab man for crossing the red traffic light and endangering the lives of other motorists, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrest came after the sergeant major, who was wearing civilian clothes criticized the Arab man for crossing the red traffic signal and the latter allegedly retorted saying ‘It’s none of your business.’
The sergeant major called the Operations Department of the Interior Ministry and when he was arrested police discovered he was a fish monger and was driving without a licence. The violator has been handed over to the Salhiya Police Station.

Forced robbery: Police are looking for an unidentified person for stealing money from the manager of a company, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to the complainant he was driving along a road in Salmiya and the suspect ordered him to pull over and under threat forced him to hand over his ATM card and the secret number.
He then withdrew KD 480 from the man’s bank account and escaped. Police have requested the bank manager for access to the CCTV footage from where the money was withdrawn.

Kuwaiti swindled: A Kuwaiti man has filed a complaint with the police accusing a travel agency of swindling him, reports Al-Shahed daily. The complainant said he booked a trip to Australia and was shocked when he discovered the office had not booked his return ticket. The manager of the office will be summoned for interrogation.

‘Partner’ vanishes: A Kuwaiti man has filed a complaint with the police accusing an Egyptian man of duping him, reports Alam Alyawm daily. In his complaint, the Kuwaiti said the Egyptian convinced him to do business in partnership and lured him to part with KD 4,000. After a few days the Egyptian disappeared with the money.

Trust betrayed: Police are looking for an unidentified Asian man for betrayal of trust, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
According to reports the suspect was working for a company owned by a Kuwaiti man and his job was to supply goods to the cooperative societies and collect cash. He is said to have escaped with KD 1,200 cash.

Police hunt thief: Police are looking for an unidentified burglar who allegedly broke into a house in Salmiya and escaped with an unidentified sum of cash and jewelry worth KD 6,000, reports Al-Rai daily.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.
