KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14: An Asian pimp with 7 female compatriots have been arrested for prostitution in a recent raid of suspicious dens by security operatives in the Capital governorate. The culprits have since been taken to the concerned authority for necessary action.

Indian beaten: A 37-year old Indian man was severely beaten and injured by a compatriot in Khaitan.
Sources said a team of paramedics accompanied securitymen to the scene when the Operations Room received a report about the incident, and the injured man was taken to a hospital for medical attention.
A case was registered.

Asian mugged: An Asian expatriate filed a report with policemen in Jleeb Shuyoukh against four compatriots who attacked him and took KD 400 by force. The man provided policemen with their description, and a case was registered to track them down.

Doctor attacked: An Arab doctor filed a report with policemen in Sulaibiya against an individual who attacked him at the entrance to his clinic and escaped. A case was registered to trail the suspect.

Drunkard nabbed: A motorist was apprehended by patrolmen on the King Fahad Motorway for drunk driving when they noticed erratic manner by which his vehicle was moving and asked him to stop for checking.
Sources said the officers smelt liquor as they approached the motorist, and he was referred to the relevant authority without delay.
