Leave / Emergency leave during notice period

My notice period is 90 days. I have 24 days leave balance. Can I take 24 days leave or emergency leave during my notice period?

Name withheld

Answer
: Yes, you can but it all depends on your firm approving it or not. There is no law which says you can’t take any type of leave, including annual leave, during the notice period. So, the best thing would be is to talk to your superiors and see if they sanction it.

bank salarySrivi | 12/15/2011 9:42:18 AM all salary calculations are based on highest drawn salary of idnamel or bank deposit. if you have proof of bank salary credit 800kd, or idnamel copy as 800 kd, then your salary is 800kd for indemnity. No other letters or evidence is not acceptable in shoun or court. file case. you are the winner.
Indemnity/VL CalculationCatherine Bantilan | 12/14/2011 9:15:05 PM My salary in my work permit is 800KD, but recently, I was given a letter that they will reduced my salary by 200 in order to keep my job. But after a month, they gave me a termination letter w/o cause. They also told me that they will pay my notice period, vacation leaves & indemnity based on 600 which is my last salary. Is this lawful?
companySrivi | 12/14/2011 9:47:51 AM if company accepts, you can adjust 24 days leave balance and you can leave before 90 days. if company rejects, as per labour law, you should give at least 3 months notice period, to appoint another person in your place, to work goes on smooth, in your company. you cannot escape.
