KUWAIT CITY, Dec 11, (KUNA): Director General of the public authority for immigration Major General Kamel Al-Awadi discussed with a delegation from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) — Yemen Bureau efforts to prevent human trafficking.
The discussions focused on Kuwait’s effort within the field with Al-Awadi, briefing the delegation on the measures taken within such mainframe.
The International Organization for Migration is an intergovernmental organization.
It was initially established in 1951 as the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration (ICEM) to help resettle people displaced by World War II.
