Required:
Baby blue nail polish with glitter; snowflake nail sticker; silver glitter nail polish.

Instruction:
Step 1: Apply one coat of base coat over your entire nail and allow a couple of minutes to dry.
Step 2: Using silver nail enamel paint a straight line across the tips; for a rounded appearance, follow the curve of the nail. Leave to dry. Fill in the base of the nail with blue nail polish.  And allow to dry completely.
Step 3: Place the snowflake sticker on each nail and top it off with self colored nail polish over the entire nail to seal the look.
