Required:
White nail polish; dark blue enamel with glitter; black, red and green nail polish (for detail work); strip brush; silver enamel.
Instruction:

Step 1: In the French manicure style paint the base of the nail white while filling in the top section in blue. And allow it to dry complete before starting on any art work on it.

Step 2: Using a strip brush and white enamel paint a snowman on your nails.

Step 3:  With the black enamel paint to eyes and buttons on the snowman. As shown in the picture you can use various colors to paint the scarf on your snowman.

Step 4: Dot the blue section with silver enamel making it look like a star filled night.
