KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: The remains of a woman were found buried near Abdullah Port on Thursday. Preliminary investigations conducted by securitymen and Criminal Evidence Department officials revealed that the woman was of African origin. It is being suspected that she was killed and buried by her sponsor. Securitymen have arrested the sponsor and are interrogating him.

Body found buried: The remains of an unidentified person which were found buried in sand in a desert of Aqila in the camps area, have been referred to Forensics to identify the cause of death, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to reports a Kuwaiti man walking in the area found a human hand protruding out of the ground and he soon informed the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior.
The department dispatched detectives from the Ahmadi Police Station and exhumed the remains of the victim. The daily did not give more details.

Asian hangs himself: The remains of an unidentified Asian who committed suicide by hanging himself on a tree inside the Ministry of Defence army camp have been referred to Forensics, reports Al-Anba daily.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department are investigating why the man committed suicide.
Meanwhile, the remains of an unidentified Asian man who allegedly committed suicide inside his room at an unidentified location have been referred to Forensics, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to reports the incident was reported to the police by the man’s friends who saw the corpse dangling from a rope with one end tied to the ceiling fan and the other around the neck.
