What can I do to get the earliest release?
I have resigned from my current job and will join the new job soon. My current company has asked me to stay for 3 months. I have offered to pay for the balance of 30 days if my firm releases me within 60 days from the resigning date. But the company rejected my application.
I want to know whether I have the right to pay the company for short notice period or not. As the company has refused my offer, what can I do to get the earliest release?

Answer: There is nothing you can do except give a three-month notice. Earlier, you could pay for the uncompleted part of the notice period but now if the company doesn’t accept a notice of less than three months, you have to complete the three months with the company or the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor will not transfer your residence.
