What can I do to get the earliest release?

I have resigned from my current job and will join the new job soon. My current company has asked me to stay for 3 months. I have offered to pay for the balance of 30 days if my firm releases me within 60 days from the resigning date. But the company rejected my application.
I want to know whether I have the right to pay the company for short notice period or not. As the company has refused my offer, what can I do to get the earliest release?

Name withheld

Answer:
There is nothing you can do except give a three-month notice. Earlier, you could pay for the uncompleted part of the notice period but now if the company doesn’t accept a notice of less than three months, you have to complete the three months with the company or the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor will not transfer your residence.

degreeSrivi | 12/6/2011 10:07:40 AM if your degree is attested, then you can try ur luck. but, no guarantee, because as per rules, attested degree holders can get release immediately. but practically, not possible, due to shoun delay
3 yearsSrivi | 12/6/2011 10:06:19 AM worked on visa.22, dependant visa is not considered as actual working period. it is illegal work period. it is not acceptable. The actual working period on work visa.18, only considered as minimum 3 years, because you came on new visa from home country. previous working is not accounted for new visa transfer. current visa, should be 3 years, you should work minimum. Request company to give release, if company permits, you can get release at any time. other wise, impossible.

new companySrivi | 12/5/2011 11:15:11 AM Explain your problems to new company and request them to join the company after 3 months notice period. They should accept and knows the 3 months rule for notice period. They will help you. dont take risk with old company, while leaving the job. you can get new job at any time. better convince both old and new company, get release and transfer amicably without risk.
