KUWAIT CITY, Nov 29: Police are looking for an unidentified person for breaking into the home of a family in Sa’ad Al-Abdullah and raping a 17-year-old girl, reports Al-Rai daily.
The incident happened when the victim was home alone. It has been reported when the family returned home they found the daughter slumped in a corner and crying bitterly.
The teenager told police the rapist threatened her with a knife before raping. However, police find it difficult to believe the story and have opened an investigation into the incident.

Victims of fake police: Police are looking for an unidentified person for impersonating police and stealing KD 3,000 from a Pakistani man, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The Pakistani said he withdrew KD 3,000 from a branch of a bank in Shuwaikh Industrial Area and was on his way to a mosque when a person said he was police and ordered him to get into a car.
The impersonator then drove the victim to a location in Al-Riqei, assaulted him and drove off with the money.

Burglar takes cash: Police are looking for an unidentified burglar who allegedly broke into the home of a Kuwaiti man in Riqqa and escaped with KD 1,600 cash and caused damage to the house, reports Al-Rai daily.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.

Drunkard arrested: Police have arrested an Asian man for consuming alcohol and making immoral gesture at an Asian woman, who was with her husband inside a well-known complex in Salhiya, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources said an unidentified person called the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior when he saw the drunkard behaving rudely. At the time of arrest the Asian was high on alcohol.
