KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: Police have arrested a 53-year-old Egyptian for allegedly molesting a 16-year-old Pakistani girl, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.

The incident happened when the Pakistani went to a shop in Salmiya to buy clothes for his daughter and he was shocked to see the Egyptian attempting to hug his daughter. The man reportedly lost his composure and punched the Egyptian in the face several times.

Paramedics rushed to the spot gave the Egyptian first aid and then referred him to the authorities.

In a similar incident, an Arab man lodged a complaint against an Iranian grocery shop worker for allegedly molesting his 16-year-old son in Fahaheel.

A case was registered at Fahaheel Police Station and the suspect will be summoned soon for questioning to verify the Arab man’s complaint.
