Cream-cheese pie

 Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese (room temp);
  • 1-1/2 cup powder sugar;
  • 1 frozen small tub cool whip;
  • graham cracker;
  • 1/4 cup butter;

Method: Cream together the powered sugar and cream cheese, add whip (still frozen for best results). Mix just don’t overdo as we don’t want the cool whip to completely melt. Use a store bought graham cracker crust, crumbled grahams add melted butter and pat out sprinkle with a little sugar bake about 10 min in 350 oven. Put your favorite fruit mixture in shell, now carefully spread the creamcheese mixture over the fruit and drizzle with the fruit juice and a fruit.
