Visa rejected on basis of past record
My request for a visit visa for my brother was rejected by the Immigration Dept some days ago and I was informed by them that my nephew had overstayed his visit when he came on a visit visa a year ago. Actually, he stayed only one week (it was not an overstay) in Kuwait and I have his passport photocopies, showing arrival and departure stamps by authorities at Kuwait International Airport. What is the procedure for correcting this mistake?

Answer: You should approach the Immigration Dept in your area and have the record set straight because you must have been blacklisted, which means you won’t get any type of visa. So unless you have this record straightened, every application to the Immigration Dept will be rejected.
