If somebody goes on annual leave, gets sick and is hospitalized for several weeks/days, is he/she entitled to sick leave?
If he/she has documents like doctor’s certificate and medical reports then has it to be attested? If yes, then where?

Answer: No, there is no such thing. If you are sick during your annual leave, you can’t get sick leave and then sick leave from what. Sick leave is given from work and not during any kind of leave. Secondly, according to the law both leaves can’t be combined. So, it’s just your bad luck if you fall sick, while you are on leave. You just can’t add it to your annual leave.
