KUWAIT CITY, Nov 15: A Kuwaiti man has filed a complaint with the Attorney-General against an investigator of a police station for refusing to file a complaint against his wife, reports Al-Shahed daily.
Attorney Faisal Al-Otaibi said his client caught his wife kissing her American lover in the parking lot of a commercial complex and when he chased her, she was involved in a traffic accident. He claimed her lover was in the car when the accident occurred.

Right to make love: Acting on information, police rushed to Rumaithiya and arrested two youths for fighting in an open area, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added during the fight both teenagers stabbed each other with sharp objects and they were taken to the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital for treatment.
According to reports the youths were fighting over the right to make love to a girl, whose identity has not been disclosed.
The daily also said the girl claims both the youths were flirting with her but she refuses to file a complaint. However, the youths will be referred to the Public Prosecution after they are discharged from the hospital.

‘Women will be probed’: Top-level security sources have denied reports which said the Disciplinary Council of the Interior Ministry which will interrogate Colonel Shokri Al-Najjar will not summon for interrogation the three young women who were aboard the yacht when the official allegedly assaulted ‘the woman’, reports Al-Kuwaitiah daily.
However, the sources added none of the women have so far filed a complaint against the Colonel.

Porn movies seized: The Jahra police have arrested an Asian man for possessing porno movies, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources said the man was arrested on suspicion because he looked confused when a police patrol passed by.
The patrolmen ordered the man to pull over and after checking his car they found the CDs. The suspect and the contraband have been referred to the authorities.

Maid steals, runs: An Arab man has filed a complaint with the Salmiya police accusing an Asian housemaid of stealing money from his home, reports Al-Anba daily.
In his complaint the man said he requested the caretaker of the building where he stays to help with find a housemaid to help his wife in housework.
However, he added, after just three days the maid disappeared with money from his home.
The man told police when he asked the caretaker to give information about the maid, he refused. He says the housemaid robbed his house in cooperation with the caretaker.
The daily did not give more details.
