KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14: An Asian man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the police accusing his Kuwaiti sponsor of beating him, reports Al-Rai daily.
This happened when the Asian requested the sponsor to allow him to go to his home country to visit his sick mother. When the sponsor refused, the Asian started disobeying his sponsor and the latter beat him.
The Asian has submitted a medical report showing bruises on his body and face.

Asian guard steals 4.16m dirhams: Securitymen arrested an Asian man and his female partner for stealing 4.16 million Emirati Dirhams within five hours of the theft, states a press release issued by the Ministry of Interior.
A Kuwaiti man, who runs an air cargo office at Kuwait International Airport, reported to airport securitymen that an Asian working as a security guard in his company stole a parcel containing the sum. A case was subsequently registered at Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station and a security team was formed to look into the case.
The team found the suspect and an Asian woman in a flat in Salmiya within a few hours. The Asians, who reportedly confessed their crime, were referred to authorities for further action.
