Officers in brawl: A senior officer in the General Traffic Department (GTD) allegedly insulted a junior traffic officer at a checkpoint in Salmiya, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to a source, the senior officer, a brigadier, was in civilian clothes when he reached the checkpoint. Incidentally, both of them filed complaints with their superiors.
