KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: An Arab man who returned home unexpectedly was shocked on seeing his wife in the arms of her lover. Irate, he threatened both of them with a knife and sources say the lover got so scared that he fainted, reports Al-Rai daily.
The husband then called the Operations Room following which police and paramedics rushed the lover to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital.
The wife denied any wrongdoing and claimed that somebody knocked at the door and she opened, thinking it must be a vendor and added that the man attempted to rape her. All three of them were referred to public prosecution.

Youth cheats girlfriend: Police arrested a youth for cheating his Kuwaiti girlfriend and withdrawing KD 460 from her bank account without her knowledge, reports Al-Rai daily.
The Kuwaiti girl lodged a complaint at Salmiya Police Station, saying she gave her ATM card to her boyfriend who said he wanted to withdraw only KD 20. She added that she was shocked on discovering that he withdrew KD 460.
The lover was summoned to police station where he returned the money, but a case against him was registered nonetheless and he will be referred to authorities.

Brothers found drunk: Police arrested two brothers for consuming alcohol and possessing an unlicensed firearm and bullets, reports Al-Rai daily.
The brothers were traveling in a car with tinted glasses and were driving on the wrong side of a road in Salmiya. Police realized that both brothers were high on alcohol and on checking the vehicle, found a MB5 machine gun and bullets.
Police also found that one of the brothers was wanted in several drug-related crimes and referred both of them to Rumaithiya Police Station.
