10 years of service Indemnity

I have been working for a reputed firm for the past 10 years and want to know that if I resign from the company will I get all my benefits or does the company have the right to deduct some percentage of my benefits?
Also inform me whether it is necessary to give a 3-month notice?
If I cannot give a notice, what is the other option?

Name withheld

Answer:
After completion of 10 years service, the company does not have the right to deduct anything from your benefits, which means you should get your full benefits.

As far as the 3-month notice is concerned, it is mandatory to do so and there is no way you can get around it.

convinceSrivi | 11/10/2011 11:05:30 PM try to convince the company to leave as early as possible. If not possible, return 3 months notice period salary, as deductions in settlement, and then leave. better leave with consent of the current sponsor.
