Orange Jam


  • 13 oranges
  •  2 tsp agar
  • 400 grams pectin sugar
  • 1 lemon (lemon juice)

Method: Squeeze oranges so you get 600 ml of orange juice. Dissolve agar in 5 tablespoons of orange juice. Pour pectin sugar in rest of orange juice and cook it to melt. Stir dissolved agar in cooked sugar and juice and cook it all together for 2 minutes more. Stir lemon juice in jam as well and remove it from the heat. Pour hot jam in warm clean jars and seal them.
