Indemnity calculated on last salary drawn
I have been working in X Co from 20/10/2000 under Y Co sponsorship. Now I have got a better job and I resigned from my current job on 9/10/2011 with 30/11/2011 as my last working day. My direct superiors accepted my resignation. During my tenure I availed 10 days without pay leave. Could you please clarify on what salary my indemnity will be calculated? My salary from 2000 to 2006 was KD200/- 2007 to 2008 KD256/- in 2009 it was KD264/, in 2010 it was KD272/- and my current salary is KD280/-.
