KUWAIT CITY, Oct 11: Customs officials seized 73 kilograms of hashish and heroine, 38,000 bottles of whisky and 117,000 narcotic pills from smugglers since the start of the current year, Al-Qabas daily quoted acting Director of Northern Ports Customs Department Waleed Al-Nasser as saying.
