KUWAIT CITY, Oct 11: A 47-year-old Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Nugra Police Station accusing an unidentified expatriate of molesting and harassing her while driving along a road, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
In her complaint the woman said the suspect waved at her and she thought the man was looking for a place and wanted to know the address.
When she stopped the car, the man reportedly walked over to her side of the car and touched her body.
However, when the police summoned the man for interrogation he denied the allegation.
‘KD1,700 laptop’, 40 phones seized in jail: During a surprise inspection campaign at the Central Prison the guards are said to have seized from one prisoner 40 cell phones and a laptop computer, reports Al-Anba daily.

During interrogation the prisoner said he bought the computer from a former Kuwaiti inmate for KD 1,700 before the man was released after serving his time.
The campaign got underway upon instructions from the Assistant Undersecretary for Penitentiaries and Sentences Enforcement Major-General Khalil Al-Shimali.
