KUWAIT CITY, Oct 10: Police are looking for two unidentified Kuwaitis for breaking into the home of an Asian man, tying his feet and hands behind the back and beating, and burning him with cigarette butts, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The daily added the victim in his complaint to the Sulaibikhat Police Station said he works as a carpenter and after he did some work in the home of a Kuwaiti man, he left for his home.
After some time, the two men whom he had not seen before broke into his home and accused him of stealing KD 2,400.
A case has been registered at a police station.

‘Chicken Tikka’ takes hit in mall fire: Fire engulfed a commercial complex, which includes a large number of restaurants, in Salmiya.
Three firefighting teams rushed to the location after the Operations Room at Kuwait Fire Service Directorate received information on the incident. High-ranking officials from the department supervised the fire-out operation. No casualties or injuries were reported.
Preliminary investigations revealed the fire started in a power generator. The mall housing the ‘Chicken Tikka’ bowling alley was totally wrecked. The fire is said to have caused huge material losses.
