KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: A Kuwaiti lodged a complaint at Firdous Police Station against unidentified person, who allegedly stole KD16,000, five million Iraqi dinars and some pieces of jewelry from his house in the area.
The complainant told police he and his family were surprised when they found the house in total disarray upon returning home. After checking the contents of the house, they discovered the thieves carted away the aforementioned cash and valuable items. Police lifted fingerprints to identify the culprits and investigations are underway to arrest them.

Maid ‘disappears’ in mall: A Kuwaiti filed an absconding case against his housemaid, who allegedly escaped while they were inside a commercial complex in Farwaniya. Investigations are underway to identify the whereabouts of the housemaid to verify the complaint.

Man fired at by friend: A Kuwaiti filed a complaint against a friend, who allegedly fired at him in Firdous, claiming one of the bullets hit his vehicle.
