Answer: The chances of you getting a visit visa are not very bright because normally a salary of KD 250 is accepted as the minimum. But you can still try because the issuance of such visas is totally at the discretion of the immigration dept. You need copies of your wife’s passport, your civil ID card, work permit, marriage certificate, rent contract and an affidavit attested by your embassy and the Kuwait Foreign Ministry showing your relation to the person you wish to call. The marriage certificate must be attested by your country’s foreign ministry, your embassy and the Kuwait Foreign Ministry.
