Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced its support for the Kuwaiti Sports Club for the handicapped by providing it with devices to load wheelchairs into their cars. This step comes as part of KFH’s efforts to cater to this segment of people and to improve their living conditions.

Marketing and Public Relations Deputy Manager Saeed Tawfiqi explained during a meeting with the club’s board members that KFH has great interest in handicapped people and supports them in various fields, which include several projects, such as building chalets for them at Al-Zour; in addition to organizing the Handicapped Day through a KFH subsidiary. In that event, all concerned authorities participated and several foreign experts were received.

Moreover, he said that KFH takes into consideration the needs of this segment of people, which prompts it to equip its branches to serve the handicapped. He went on to say that KFH offers deaf people a phone service that does not require pressing any buttons, which allows them to manage their accounts.

Meanwhile, the club’s Secretary Shafi Al-Hajiri praised KFH for its efforts, and noted that such contributions reveal its interest in this segment of people, which adds to its efforts in the field of social responsibility. It is worth noting that the meeting was attended by Treasurer Saad Al-Azma and PR Manager Shafi Al-Sahli.
