Young Kuwaiti woman found dead in her car Police hunt trigger-happy gunman

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: A 32-year-old Kuwaiti woman was found dead recently in her car, which was parked on the side of the road in Shuwaikh, opposite Ghazally Bridge.
Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location after the Operations Room received a call from a passerby, who saw the woman lying unconscious in her car. When the rescuers arrived at the scene, they realized the woman was already dead. Her remains were referred to Forensics to determine the actual cause of death.

Gunman sought: Police are now looking for an unidentified man, who went on a shooting spree while inside a speeding pick-up truck on King Fahad Motorway, opposite Al-Zour, as well as the driver of the truck.
Officers assigned in the area were surprised when they heard gunshots coming from a speeding pick-up truck in the area. They tried to chase the truck but their efforts were in vain, especially since the vehicle had no plate number. Luckily, no one was hurt when one of the two men inside the vehicle fired randomly.
A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to identify the suspects. The officers have also started looking into the traffic surveillance cameras to track down the gunman and his companion.

Absconder held: A Kuwaiti was arrested at a checkpoint in Salmiya for his involvement in a criminal case.
While patrolling the area, a team of securitymen signaled for the Kuwaiti to pull over for routine inspection. The officers were surprised when they checked the security records of the Kuwaiti, because it turned out he is wanted by law for a crime he committed earlier. He was referred to the relevant security department for the necessary legal action.

30 sheep stolen: A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint at Kabad Police Station against some unidentified persons, who allegedly broke into his animal pen in Kabad and carted away 30 sheep worth KD 2,000.
Securitymen lifted fingerprints from the animal pen to identify the thieves. A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to arrest the suspects.
